Free Website Terms
Last updated: October 29, 2026
These terms explain how the KN Marketing Solutions website offer works. They cover who can get a free build, what you get, what you pay each month, and how to leave.
1. Who can get a free website build
- CSRA businesses: Up to 5 businesses in Augusta, North Augusta and the wider CSRA are selected each month for a free design and build.
- LocateFaith members: Members are eligible for the free design and build after a light selection. Kenny reviews your current site and holds a 30-minute strategy call with you before he makes a final decision.
- Everyone else: Design and build starts at $1,000.
Applying does not assure you a free slot in any month. If you are not selected, you can still get a website from $1,000 plus a monthly plan, or apply again later.
2. How to apply
- Apply. Tell us about your business. CSRA applicants hear back within 3 to 5 business days.
- Strategy session. You book 30 minutes with Kenny, Owner/CEO, on your goals and what to fix first.
- We build. We build a marketing website made to bring in calls.
- Pick a plan. You choose a monthly plan for hosting and care.
- Go live. Your site launches, and we keep caring for it.
3. A monthly plan is required
Every site, free or paid build, runs on one of these monthly plans:
| Plan | Price | What it adds |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation (recommended) | $499/mo | Hosting and maintenance, initial SEO/GEO, ongoing blogging, Google Business Profile setup, unlimited updates, marketing website included |
| Growth | $999/mo | Everything in Foundation, plus ongoing local SEO, monthly Google Business Profile posts and photos, citation cleanup, review requests, a new city page each month, tracking and lead reporting |
| Partner | $1,799/mo + ad spend | Everything in Growth, plus Google and Meta Ads management, campaign landing pages, email follow-up, and a quarterly strategy session. Ad spend is billed separately. |
4. What the build includes
- A marketing website built to bring in calls and leads
- Setup for hosting, initial SEO/GEO and your Google Business Profile, as part of your plan
- Revision rounds: Two rounds of revisions before launch. Changes beyond that are quoted before any work starts.
5. What the build does not include
These are scoped and priced separately:
- Custom web apps, client portals and internal tools
- Advanced automation, such as advanced customer journeys and lead scoring
- AI governance and analytics workflows
- Fractional CMO work
- Ad spend on any plan
6. What “unlimited updates” means
Unlimited updates means reasonable content edits to your existing site: text, photos, hours, prices, new staff, small page changes and similar. It does not mean new builds, redesigns, new features or custom development. Those are quoted separately.
7. Your responsibilities
- Send the content we ask for, such as service details, prices and contact information
- Send photos and logos you have the right to use
- Give feedback and approvals in a timely way. If we wait on you, the launch date moves.
- Tell us when business details change, so your site stays accurate
8. What we do not promise
We do not promise any search ranking, map pack position, number of leads or return on ad spend. Before work starts, we agree on what a qualified conversation means for your business, and we pause what does not earn one.
9. Ownership
Locked: You own your website and your domain.
Your code and site files are yours too. We hand them over whenever you ask. Your domain is always yours.
10. Term, billing and cancelling
- Free builds: 6-month minimum, then month to month.
- Paid builds: Month to month from the start.
- Leaving early: If you leave a free build before 6 months, you pay the months left in the term.
- Notice to cancel:30 days' written notice.
- Billing: Monthly through Stripe, charged in advance.
- Non-payment: If a payment is 7 days late, we send a reminder. At 15 days late, work and updates pause. At 30 days late, the site goes offline until the bill is paid. Your domain stays yours.
